Dynamic environment with rotating shifts Position Profile: Shift Supervisor Department: Operations / Logistics Position: Shift Supervisor Reports to: Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager Position Objective Supervise and coordinate operational activities during the assigned shift, ensuring goal achievement, productivity, quality, personnel discipline, and proper process functionality. · Key Responsibilities Supervise operational staff during the shift (attendance, performance, and discipline). Ensure compliance with operational KPIs (productivity, timeliness, quality). Coordinate the proper execution of daily activities. Report incidents (absences, tardiness, leave requests, accidents). Verify that staff have the necessary tools and equipment. Enforce safety and hygiene guidelines. Monitor shift indicators and reports. Support staff training and feedback. Maintain constant communication with HR and administrative departments.
