The Operations Data Entry Operator or Gate Clerk will be responsible for receiving and/or dispatching equipment and units under a service order from the company, verifying their physical condition, and entering data into the system for control and reporting purposes 1\.\- Preparation of EIRs for container, chassis, and genset arrivals and departures, verifying their physical condition. 2\.\- Classification of containers according to their physical conditions of use and wear: (A), (B), (C), or (D). 3\.\- Traffic flow control at the gate for transport vehicles. 4\.\- Recording events in the system, as well as yard services either pending or completed. 5\.\- Physical inventory control of containers, chassis, and generators belonging to the company and clients renting space. 6\.\- Sending inventory reports to clients on a daily basis at specified times. 7\.\- Verify that Service Orders exist in the system for each client-requested service.
