We are seeking a highly qualified instructor to deliver our specialized program in industrial automation, virtual PLCs, process simulation, open-source SCADA, IIoT, operational analytics, and digital twins—designed to train professionals capable of leading digital transformation, operational efficiency, and technological modernization initiatives in industrial environments. **REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields. **Desirable Additional Training in:** * Industrial automation, process control, or instrumentation. * Industrial simulation and PLC systems. * SCADA systems, industrial IoT, and data communication. * Operational analytics, Python applied to industrial processes, or digital twins. * Digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and technological modernization. **Experience:** **Minimum 4 years of professional experience** in one or more of the following areas: * Industrial process automation using PLCs (physical or virtual). * PLC, SCADA, Node-RED, MQTT, or industrial communication system programming. * Process simulation and modeling using tools such as Factory I/O, SimulIDE, OpenPLC. * Implementation of SCADA monitoring systems and integration with databases. * Industrial IIoT, sensorization, gateways, dashboards, and real-time monitoring. * Operational analytics, Python (SimPy), digital twins, or predictive simulations. * Digital transformation or modernization projects in industrial plants. **Minimum 2 years of teaching experience** or facilitation experience in technical or professional programs in automation, engineering, or digital transformation. **Essential Knowledge** * Fundamentals of automatic control and industrial automation. * Virtual PLCs: OpenPLC; hands-on practice with Ladder Logic, FBD, or ST. * Industrial process simulation using Factory I/O and SimulIDE. * Open-source SCADA systems: ScadaBR; architecture, alarms, and trends. * IIoT integration using MQTT, Node-RED, and connection of virtual devices. * Basic digital twins using Python (SimPy) and visualization in Grafana or Power BI Free. * Real-time monitoring and analytics for decision-making. * Digital transformation and Industry 4.0 applied to industrial processes. * Tools such as basic Python, Node-RED, MQTT, dashboards, and industrial simulators. **VALUED COMPETENCIES** * Ability to integrate theory with practical industrial simulations. * Expert use of open-source and free tools (OpenPLC, ScadaBR, SimulIDE, Node-RED). * Clear, pedagogical, and adaptable communication suited for technical students and professionals. * Focus on digital transformation, process optimization, and operational efficiency. * Ability to guide learners in: * Programming virtual PLCs. * Modeling and simulating industrial processes. * Designing SCADA systems. * Implementing IIoT and industrial analytics solutions. * Developing simple digital twins. * Technological leadership and strategic vision in Industry 4.0. **CONDITIONS** * **Payment Type:** Contract-based. * **Duration:** Temporary. * **Work Mode:** Online (live sessions). * **Position Type:** Temporary. * **Contract Duration:** 5 months.
