We are seeking a **Senior Full Stack Developer** with strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive the development of high-impact digital products. If you enjoy building scalable, robust, and user-experience-focused solutions, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop **web and mobile applications** using stack technologies. * Create, maintain, and optimize **Core APIs, BFFs**, and services supporting high performance. * Define **scalable architectures**, quality standards, and development best practices. * Implement and execute advanced **testing strategies**, ensuring quality and stability. * Conduct **code reviews**, write technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement. * Guide and provide **mentorship** to team developers, including adoption of AI tools. * Collaborate closely with **Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders** to ensure effective delivery. **Requirements** * \+5 years of experience in **Full Stack development**. * Proficiency in **React Native, ReactJS, .NET Core, NodeJS/TypeScript**. * Experience designing **scalable architectures** and applying **BFF patterns**. * Strong expertise in **SQL Server**, **MongoDB**, consuming and building **APIs**, and performance optimization. * Experience with **advanced testing** (Jest, MSTest), best practices, and code reviews. * Knowledge of **CI/CD**, **AWS**, **Docker**, and working with **agile methodologies**. * Strong **technical leadership**, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * **(Preferred)** Prior experience with **Fintech products**.
