




Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Intern to support the execution of the production program, ensuring timely delivery of finished products meeting high standards of quality and productivity. Our Business Areas: **Indovinya Mexico** develops and markets chemical solutions across multiple markets: * Crop Solutions (Agriculture): Products to improve agricultural yield and sustainability. * Home \& Personal Care: Ingredients for household cleaning and personal care. * Coatings \& Performance Solutions: Coatings and industrial applications. * Nutrition \& Health: Chemical solutions for the food and healthcare industries. * Energy \& Resources: Products for energy and natural resource sectors. **PRODUCTION INTERN** **The objective** is to ensure compliance with the monthly and annual Production Program, leading the work team throughout the entire production process; guaranteeing delivery of Finished Products according to cost parameters, established delivery schedules, as well as Quality, safety, and productivity standards defined by the Organization. **What You’ll Need (Requirements):** * Academic background: **Students pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering** * Currently enrolled between the 5th and 7th semester (MINIMUM 1 SEMESTER REMAINING TO GRADUATE) * Availability to intern during morning hours (8:00 AM\- 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday) * Availability to attend in person at the plant located in San Martín de las Flores, Corredor del Salto * Intermediate English (desirable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel **Competencies and Skills:** * Proactive attitude, willing to acquire new knowledge and face challenges. * Punctuality, both in arrival and task submission. * Order and structure in planning and executing tasks. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **Your Day-to-Day (Responsibilities) in Production:** * Support in reviewing production department documentation. * Support in reviewing Operational Standards Reports (NDOs). * Support in reviewing and entering production order information into the Oracle system. * Support in inventory management: Participate in monthly material audits, verifying stock levels and tracking required adjustments. * Follow-up on findings from Integrated Management System committee walkthroughs. * Support integration and consolidation of information for tracking internal and external non-conformities. * Floor-level production inspections to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Interaction with various departments to execute production-related processes and activities (quality assurance, process engineering, quality control, maintenance, etc.). * Daily monitoring of information related to ethylene oxide and propylene tank trucks. * Generation of monthly production reports and creation of reports enabling supervisors to make informed decisions. * Review of weekly operational staff incident reports. **Expected Knowledge Gained During Your Internship:** * **Understanding of production processes:** Familiarization with manufacturing stages, workflow patterns, and technologies used in production. * Learning to identify and correct failures to ensure products meet established standards. * **Inventory management:** Understanding of materials administration and importance of maintaining an efficient supply flow. * **Organization and time management:** Learning to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment to meet production objectives. * Acquiring basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and how to prevent production line interruptions. * Proficiency in Oracle ERP R12 Production module. * **Problem solving:** Learning to address and resolve operational challenges in real time. **Indorama** is an equal opportunity employer, and hiring decisions are based solely on skills and qualifications.
