JLL, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments—providing consulting, leasing, maintenance, valuation, financing, and investment services to various companies nationwide—is seeking: Plumber Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco El Salto Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Availability to rotate among the following shifts Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 2 PM Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday, 2 PM to 10 PM Monday to Saturday, 10 PM to 6 AM Responsibilities: • Repair leaks in the main potable water, irrigation, and reuse piping loop. • Maintain irrigation pumps. • Maintain the irrigation system. • Install, repair, and maintain piping systems transporting water, gas, and sewage • Perform repair work on external piping. • Support air conditioning systems Requirements: • Completed secondary education • Must be over 18 years of age • Experience in hydraulic, sanitary, and gas system maintenance • Availability to rotate shifts monthly We Offer: • $14,000 gross monthly salary • Weekly payment • Statutory benefits • Monthly punctuality and attendance bonus: $400 • Life insurance • Funeral expense assistance . -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Age: between 19 and 65 years Knowledge: Maintenance, corrective maintenance Keywords: plumber, fontanero, plomero
