Inventory Assistant - Cycle Counting

Job Summary: TFT is seeking an Inventory Assistant to verify and control physical inventory against the system, execute cycle counts, and generate reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in physical inventory verification and control vs. system 2. Participation in cycle counts and full inventories 3. Management of WMS and Excel for inventory management TFT is seeking an Inventory Assistant for growth!! To perform the following activities - Support physical inventory verification and control against the system, ensuring accurate data capture. - Execute cycle counts and participate in full inventories as per the established schedule. - Record and report discrepancies, shrinkage, or inconsistencies identified during counts. - Perform system movements in WMS (receipts, shipments, transfers, and authorized adjustments). - Maintain updated location records and support correct product identification and traceability. - Generate and update basic Excel reports for inventory tracking. - Provide operational support to ensure proper organization, arrangement, and flow of goods. - Comply with internal procedures and company-established inventory control guidelines. Technical career, high school diploma, completed or incomplete bachelor's degree, or related field. Experience in 3PL logistics operations with focus on inventory control. (Desirable but not mandatory) Proficiency in WMS/ERP for recording, validating, and reconciling inventory movements. (Desirable but not mandatory) Validation of inventory accuracy (system vs. physical) and identification of discrepancies. (Desirable but not mandatory) Analysis and tracking of restocking, returns, and reprocessing. (Desirable but not mandatory) Execution and control of cycle counts and physical inventories. (Desirable but not mandatory) Experience in operational audits and incident resolution. (Desirable but not mandatory) Analysis of KPIs/SLAs related to accuracy, turnover, and service level. (Desirable but not mandatory) Focus on traceability, control, and continuous improvement in multi-client environments.
