The candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing key human resources processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Support recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative staff. * Coordinate onboarding, training, and follow-up on development programs. * Manage employee records and documentation control. * Follow up on performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments. * Assist in payroll processing regarding incidents, hires, terminations, and system updates. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and internal work regulations. * Maintain effective communication with different departments to resolve inquiries or labor conflicts. **Profile Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of current labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. * High organizational skills, confidentiality, and ability to work in a team. * **Availability to work in El Salto, Jalisco**.
