Experience: Minimum experience in personnel recruitment (preferably operational profiles). Field attitude: Enthusiasm for external activities (flyer distribution, posting, resume exchanges, and attendance at job fairs). Digital knowledge: Proficiency with job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, OCC, Facebook Jobs, etc.). Skills: Proactivity, strong communication skills, and results-oriented mindset. Our offer to you: Monthly salary: $11,500 gross. Savings fund: 4%. Subsidized cafeteria: Only $26 pesos per day. Statutory benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, and vacation bonus.
