Job Summary: We are seeking a student to extract, clean, and consolidate data; create and maintain dashboards; identify trends; and automate routine reports. Key Highlights: 1. Data extraction and consolidation from diverse sources. 2. Creation and maintenance of dashboards for critical KPIs. 3. Automation of reports for operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student in the final semesters of Systems Engineering, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science. * Availability to work 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Intermediate/advanced database management skills. * Proficiency in Excel. * Data Visualization: Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (preferred). * Attention to detail. * Results-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities:** * Extract, clean, and consolidate data from various sources (Excel files, ERPs, SharePoint). * Create and maintain dashboards for critical KPIs (e.g., Inventory Accuracy, Productivity). * Identify trends and anomalies in daily operational data. * Automate routine reports to reduce administrative workload for warehouse staff and coordinators. **We Offer:** * Monthly stipend of $7,000 (paid biweekly) * Accident insurance. * Continuous training. * Professional growth.
