





Avicampo, a company of Grupo Alvamex We are looking for a **Systems Assistant** who will provide comprehensive technical support to users, ensuring the continuous operation of computer networks and systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as managing the configuration of operating systems and the company's ERP. Promote adaptability to technological and organizational changes, maintaining a problem-solving focus and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Network management: administration, monitoring, and maintenance of local networks, WiFi access points, switches, routers, and structured cabling. * First and second-level technical support: handling and resolving user tickets, hardware and software incidents. * Preventive and corrective maintenance: computers, printers, peripherals, and servers. * Operating system configuration: installation, updates, and customization according to organizational needs. * ERP administration and support: user assistance, basic module configuration, resolution of technical issues, and coordination with external support if necessary. * Technical documentation: recording interventions, user manuals, maintenance logs, and technical procedures. * Basic user training: correct use of technological tools and best practices in system usage. * Interdepartmental collaboration: working jointly with other departments to understand technical needs and propose effective solutions. * Adaptability to change: actively contributing to the implementation of new technologies, system updates, and process changes. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Networking, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in similar positions. **Technical Knowledge:** * Network administration. * Operating systems: Windows and Linux (installation, configuration, troubleshooting). * Hardware diagnosis and repair. * Network protocols, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN. * Preventive and corrective maintenance routines. **Skills:** * High tolerance to pressure and frequent changes. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Internal customer orientation. * Proactivity and organization. * Effective communication.
