This position directly contributes to cultural strengthening, alignment between departments, employee engagement, and continuous improvement of internal communication processes. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Organizational Communication, Internal Communication, Public Relations, or Human Resources. * Master’s degree in Organizational Communication, Organizational Development, or Change Management is desirable. * Previous experience in internal communication, organizational culture, workplace climate, or talent management is valued. * Minimum of 3 years in roles related to internal communication, organizational culture, or employee engagement. * Experience in designing and implementing internal communication strategies. * Proficiency with collaborative tools and corporate social networks. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **Internal Communication** * Design and implement annual internal communication strategy aligned with corporate objectives. * Design and implement internal communication plans aligned with culture, values, and organizational strategy. * Define key messages and campaigns to strengthen culture and engagement. * Measure impact using KPIs linked to employee experience. * Write, design, and distribute announcements, newsletters, bulletins, and institutional messages. * Align all communications with FORZA’s culture, values, and guidelines. * Maintain clear, timely, and understandable messaging across the organization. * Alignment of key messages and **Management of Internal Channels** * Manage platforms such as Teams, mass emails, and Odoo. * Ensure all information is up-to-date, current, and presented attractively across the company: announcements, policies, threads, processes, groups, etc. * Propose improvements or new channels based on internal needs. **Content Creation** * Create visual materials (banners, graphics, short videos, templates) in coordination with the marketing team for internal use. * Support leaders and departments needing to communicate projects or key messages. * Ensure all visual communication adheres to corporate identity standards. **Internal Event Communication and Management** * Promote internal campaigns, cultural initiatives, special or sensitive announcements. * Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events. * Manage vendors for internal activities. * Document activities through photography, video, or follow-up content. **Support to Culture and Human Resources** * Ensure internal communication enhances the employee experience as an internal customer. * Support employer branding initiatives. * Assist in onboarding, engagement, and organizational climate activities. * Ensure proper dissemination of policies, processes, and internal projects. * Control email signatures and official photos for all team members. * Measure the impact of actions using KPIs (engagement, event participation, internal satisfaction). **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES:** * Professional writing and corporate communication. * Proficiency with basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Illustrator, or basic Photoshop). * Management of internal communication channels (Teams, corporate mailing). * Collaborative leadership. * Organization and follow-up. * Creativity and ability to generate engaging content. * Clear, warm, and effective communication. * Attention to detail in documents, messages, and images. * Empathy and ability to connect with different types of employees. * Proactivity in proposing campaigns, ideas, and improvements. * Analytical skills and ability to measure impact. * Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Knowledge of AI and automation tools to optimize processes. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** * English B2/C1 (Mandatory) Job type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Ability to relocate/move: * Col La Alameda 45679, 45679 Guadalajara, Jal.: Ability to commute to work without issues or plan to relocate before starting (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Workplace: hybrid remote in Col La Alameda 45679, 45679 Guadalajara, Jal.
