Main Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end weekly payroll process. * Accurately and timely validate and stamp payroll receipts. * Administer food vouchers and other contractual benefits. * Manage attendance incidents: absences, tardiness, disabilities, vacations, and permissions. * Operate SAP systems with expertise. * Prepare reconciliations and reports for accounting and tax departments. * Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews. * Ensure legal and tax compliance in all processes. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in weekly payroll. * Advanced knowledge of SAP. * Solid understanding of the Federal Labor Law and tax obligations. * Experience managing food vouchers. * Analytical, organized profile with a high level of confidentiality.
