Training and Staff Development** Train assistants in: * Proper vehicle washing and drying techniques * Correct completion of vehicle reception and delivery forms * Vehicle delivery and reception protocols for customers * Procedures for identifying and reporting vehicle damages **II. Operational Management** * Assign shifts and breaks based on individual performance * Coordinate all vehicle deliveries and returns * Supervise daily fuel refills (verifying charges at time of rental) * Continuously update vehicle mileage records * Ensure assistants accurately report mileage and fuel levels, correcting any incorrect data **III. Quality Control and Maintenance** Audit that all vehicles have: * Identification sticker * Corresponding keychain * Updated unit number * Verify maintenance needs for: * Interior cleaning * Mechanical repairs * Paint and bodywork * Windshield wiper replacement * Tire changes * Windshield repair or replacement **IV.
