The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a comprehensive vision to optimize efficiency, drive growth, and ensure profitability. **Main Responsibilities** * Oversee the overall administration of the company, ensuring the proper functioning of all departments. * Lead commercial and operational strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals. * Make key decisions regarding finance, sales, production, and human resources. * Report directly to auditors, managers, and immediate supervisor, General Management, on company performance and progress. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners. * Ensure compliance with all regulations and quality standards in the textile industry. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a similar role. * **Education:** Relevant professional degree * **Textile Industry Experience:** Desirable. * **Leadership:** Strong leadership and team management skills. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels. * **Travel Availability:** 25% availability.
