We seek a candidate with both strategic and operational vision, capable of leading work teams within a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
**Position Objective**
Lead and ensure the proper execution of **Human Capital** processes within **LOGON**, guaranteeing efficient operations aligned with the needs of the retail business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and supervise the Payroll, HR Generalists, and Recruitment teams.
* Ensure accurate payroll calculation and processing.
* Supervise attendance-related incidents: tardiness, absences, disabilities, vacations, and internal transfers.
* Ensure compliance with the **Federal Labor Law**.
* Manage headcounts exceeding 200 employees.
* Supervise recruitment strategies and vacancy coverage.
* Implement actions to reduce turnover.
* Maintain constant communication with operational leaders and management.
* Coordinate onboarding processes and follow-up for new hires.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Federal Labor Law.
* Payroll administration and processing.
* Incident management.
* Labor relations.
* Operational and administrative recruitment.
* Human Resources metrics.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel.
* Payroll systems and ERP.
* Use of Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize HR processes.
* Implementation of AI to accelerate recruitment and personnel administration processes.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
* Mandatory experience in retail or similar industries.
* Experience managing headcounts exceeding 200 employees.
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
