We invite you to apply for our opening as: "Warehouse Coordinator" WORK LOCATION: El Salto * Education: Bachelor's degree * Experience: In logistics company, experience managing personnel Specific knowledge: * International trade (desirable) * Warehouse operations * Inventory management * Warehouse ERP systems * Microsoft Office Responsibilities: * Assign tasks to assistants, forklift operators, and control desk staff. * Check emails for daily activity information. * Review pending orders. * Follow up on pending or high-priority shipments. * Check in CargoWise system to locate merchandise. * Inform assigned personnel for proper arrangement of goods. * Comply with good practices plan. * Ensure documentation for incoming and outgoing goods (waybills, customs forms, invoices, order copy, PODs, etc.) for each shipment.
