We are looking for a **Logistics Negotiator** with experience in managing and optimizing transportation costs to join our 3PL operations team. You will be responsible for establishing, evaluating, and negotiating competitive rates with carriers, ensuring compliance with the company's quality, service, and profitability standards. **Responsibilities:** * Negotiate rates and commercial agreements with land transportation companies (national and local). * Evaluate and compare logistics proposals to select the best cost\-benefit options. * Develop strategic relationships with transportation providers. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) related to costs, timelines, and service levels. * Coordinate with Operations, Planning, and Procurement departments to ensure compliance with agreed terms. * Maintain an updated database of carriers and active contracts. * Participate in bidding and quotation processes. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business, Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in transportation rate negotiation or logistics management (preferably in a 3PL or transportation company). * **Knowledge:** * Negotiation and management of logistics suppliers. * Transportation costs and route optimization. * Handling of logistics indicators (times, costs, compliance). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * **Skills:** * Strong negotiation and effective communication skills. * Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach. * Ability to work under pressure and internal customer focus. **WE OFFER:** * Full IMSS benefits * Permanent position * 30 days of Christmas bonus * Life insurance * SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM\.
