Customs company is seeking a **SENIOR LAND AND MARITIME TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE** We are located at Parque Industrial Aeropuerto Tlajomulco de Zuñiga 45645 Jalisco. Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with one and a half hours for lunch— we have an on-site cafeteria. Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm **working from home** **We offer:** * **Monthly net salary between $20,000 and $22,000 depending on experience** * **Monthly grocery vouchers worth $1,500** * **Gasoline vouchers worth $2,000** * **Statutory benefits** * **Company vehicle available—if you hold a valid driver's license** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics or related field * Intermediate Excel skills * Solid knowledge of **customs and commercial regulations and legislation**, including the **Foreign Trade Law**, **Customs Law**, and **General Import and Export Tax Law** * Experience managing and reviewing **customs documentation for both maritime and land operations**, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements. Responsibilities: * **Manage and monitor** daily import and/or export operations, from origin to destination. * **Supervise relationships** with suppliers and carriers to ensure availability of equipment and logistical and customs infrastructure. * **Verify legal compliance** of each operation. * **Carry out operational procedures**, including payment orders and terminal releases. * **Review advance payment requests** and proforma customs declarations. * **Coordinate activities and information flow** with the client from the inplant site. * **Review and approve all port and customs clearance documentation.** * **Overall responsibility for the inplant operation**, including supervision and coordination of assigned personnel.
