**BILLING ASSISTANT** **Objective:** Ensure accurate and timely billing of services provided, according to customer agreements and internal company procedures. **We Offer:** * Base Salary * Biweekly payments * Statutory and additional benefits * 20-day Christmas bonus * 100% IMSS registration * Savings fund * Life insurance * Opportunities for development and growth * Accident expense insurance * Funeral services * Medical, nutritional, vision, and dental care services **Responsibilities:** * Review, prepare, and timely issue CFDI invoicing for each shipment based on information provided by Customer Service. * Follow up on reports, spreadsheets, or pre-invoices requested by clients. * Manage and calculate accessory charges for all services of assigned customers. * Ensure review of documentation in SAP (administration, rates, and contracts). * Analyze SAP information prior to invoicing; update open customer entries in the system. * Issue corresponding debit and credit notes for such customers when applicable. * Cancel invoices in both SAP and SAT systems. * Generate reports of invoices pending delivery to collections. * Authorize invoices for maneuver payments. **Requirements:** * **Experience as a Billing Assistant** * Completed bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or related field. * **Knowledge of billing processes.** * **Proficiency in SAP and customer service.** * Easy access to the facility (Parque Industrial Aeropuerto Gdl). **If you meet the profile and have that salary expectation, apply now and we will contact you promptly for follow-up.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $11,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
