**Platform Inspector – Guadalajara** **Job Description** We are looking for a **Platform Inspector** to ensure control, order, and proper operation in the bus arrival and departure area. The individual will be responsible for capturing trip information, coordinating unit departures, providing passenger assistance, and ensuring compliance with service standards. **Responsibilities** * Accurate recording of unit **arrivals and departures** in the system. * **Reviewing and printing passenger manifests** for each trip. * Verification of **trip orders** and corresponding documentation. * Supervision of the **boarding and alighting process**. * Passenger assistance and guidance. * Constant communication with operators and traffic department. * Preparation of reports and periodic summaries. **Additional Responsibilities** * Assist in resolving complaints or incidents at the platform. * Managing situations outside routine operations. * Coordination with various operational departments within the terminal. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Experience in customer service and/or operational control (desirable). * Basic computer skills. * Flexible availability. * Good communication skills, service attitude, and focus on order and accuracy. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for development and career growth. **Location:** Guadalajara Terminal.
