Vehicle Maintenance Assistant (Administrative) Location: UMM Jalisco – CIMEG Industrial Park Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 hrs. / Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00 hrs. Employment type: Indefinite term Job Description: We are looking for a Vehicle Maintenance Assistant (Administrative), responsible for coordinating and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance services for the fleet, managing vehicle documentation, and supporting supplier management, ensuring proper operation and administrative control of the area. Main Responsibilities: \- Schedule and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Manage vehicle documentation (insurance, inspections, registrations, etc.). \- Prepare maintenance history and cost reports per unit. \- Manage quotes, service orders, and invoices from external workshops. \- Control inventory of minor spare parts and frequently used materials. \- Support audits and administrative reports of the area. Requirements: \- High school diploma or technical degree in administration, logistics, or related field (desirable). \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role (preferably in transportation or maintenance). \- Proficiency in Office suite (intermediate Excel). \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
