**Required Experience:** o Foreign Trade, Customs, International Trade o Minimum 3 years in positions as an import and export analyst. o Knowledge of IMMEX, CIVA, and OEA programs and certifications. o Familiarity with the PRISMA software from the Global Trade System. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) o Knowledge of customs law, foreign trade law, RGCE, LIGIE, and general customs regulations. o Knowledge in handling consolidated customs entries o Knowledge in air, maritime, land, and virtual customs clearance. o Basic English **Main Activities** o Issue import and export invoices under different customs regimes within the inventory control system o Notify and deliver operation documents to the Logistics team for submission to transportation carriers o Ensure each operation is updated in the inventory control system platform. o Accompany each operation and generally support every client request until completion. o Keep internal and external clients updated on the status of each operation. o Perform opening, closing, and control of customs entries. o Communicate with clients for analysis and classification of components and products. o Maintain communication with customs agencies and bonded warehouses staff to document imports o Organize physical and electronic files for customs purposes. o Maintain reports generated by management according to operational requirements. o Provide support in daily operations and be available outside regular hours when necessary. o Cooperate in other tasks assigned by direct supervisor o Provide support in various C\-IVA, OEA, C\-TPAT certifications o Perform controls on different reports required by senior management. o Cooperate in other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
