**We are growing at AGC!** That's why we're looking for our next Talent as **GRAPHIC DESIGN ASSISTANT** to join our Design team. **We are looking for a passionate professional!** **Your profile** * Graphic Designer, completed, incomplete or currently pursuing final semesters of a degree in Design. * Minimum 6 months of experience preferred, preferably having worked in printing. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Detail-oriented work. **BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Concepts of printing and file formats. * Editorial design, typography, and basic design principles. * Organization and management of digital files. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform visual and technical reviews of labels intended for printing on finished products, verifying graphic quality, texts, and key elements. * Support proofreading and formatting checks of texts included in presentations, artwork, and other graphic materials. * Document and organize design files on internal platforms and folders, following established guidelines for proper graphic material management. * Assist in creating simple graphic materials (internal pieces, minor adjustments, and urgent simple adaptations—only digital materials or non-PT printed materials, NEVER PT printed materials) under the supervision of the design coordination when the design team is overloaded. * Take basic product photographs and photos of new employees. * Support completing documentation and forms required by the design department. * Report to design coordination the status of assigned tasks. * Collaborate and provide support in other tasks or projects as required by their area or immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Base salary according to experience * Statutory and additional benefits * **Major medical expense insurance** * **Life insurance** * **Short Fridays** * **Dining room service** * Dynamic and collaborative environment * Professional growth * **Savings fund 10%** * **Grocery vouchers 10%** * Employee referral program * Discounts on our products * **Work schedule Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm** At Grupo AGC, we promote labor inclusion, providing equal opportunities for all applicants.
