**Main Job Responsibilities** * Monitor construction scheduling and logistics. * Review blueprints and contract concept catalogs. * Plan activities, supervise labor and subcontractors. * Manage on-site personnel. * Attendance tracking. * Control and collect IMSS enrollment documents. * Weekly safety and hygiene talks. * Personnel badge control. * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage control. * Preparation and management of weekly payroll (piecework). * Preparation of estimates and weekly project progress reports. * Preparation and control of material supply plans and project proforma. * Issue purchase orders, work generators, and additional controls. * Follow-up on procurement of materials (Purchasing Department). * Preparation and control of warehouse material delivery vouchers. * Preparation and follow-up of daily site logbook. * Communication with project management. **Objective:** To fulfill construction scheduling and logistics using good construction practices, minimizing post-sale issues and improving housing delivery quality. **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in Civil Works, Masonry, and Finishes. * Experience in mass housing projects. * Knowledge of construction systems. * Experience with cost estimates and work generators. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD and OFFICE software suite. * Familiarity with construction scheduling software. **Offer:** * Monthly salary from $18,000.00 to $20,000.00. * Career development plan (professional growth). * Benefits according to the Federal Labor Law. * Employment type: Project-based or fixed-term. * Full-time (Monday to Saturday). * Work location: On-site position.
