We are looking for a person passionate about technology, eager to create solutions that truly make an impact within the organization. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Donato Guerra #220 Col. la gigantera, San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, C.P. 45601 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 hours **Contract:** 3-month trial period, followed by indefinite contract ### **What will you do in this role?** * Develop and customize modules in Odoo (models, views, reports, workflows). * Achieve successful implementation of Odoo. * Analyze requirements and propose efficient technical solutions. * Provide technical support and perform evolutionary maintenance. * Collaborate with functional and business teams to improve processes. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in Odoo development (v14 and later). * Proficiency in **Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL**. * Knowledge of the **Odoo framework (ORM, views, inheritance, security)**. * Experience with **Git** and good development practices. * Desirable: experience with **Docker**, **\*** or Linux environments. ### **Plus (not required, but valued)** + Experience in integrations via REST API. + Functional knowledge in modules such as Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, or Inventory. + Technical English proficiency. + Participation in Odoo version migration projects. ### **What we offer** * **Competitive salary** based on experience. * **Flexible work mode:** hybrid. * **Continuous training** in Odoo paid by the company through certified providers, including certification support. * **Punctuality and attendance bonus.** * **Grocery vouchers.** * **Birthday free day.** * A **collaborative**, professional environment focused on growth.
