**We are growing at AGC!** That's why we're looking for our next Talent as **PACKAGING AND PRINTED MATERIAL DESIGNER**, to join our Design team. **We are looking for a passionate professional!** **Your profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. * 2 years of experience in packaging and printed material design. * Experience in packaging design, prepress processes, and print production. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software. **Responsibilities:** * Develop mood boards, branding, communication and identity manuals. * Create final artwork for packaging and printed materials, ensuring compliance with specifications regarding materials, finishes, dimensions, inks, and other technical requirements. * Prepare print-ready files, adhering to technical specifications previously approved by the Packaging and Printed Materials Design Coordinator. * Collaborate in the creation of artwork and mockups. * Make adjustments and corrections requested by the Coordinator or requester, ensuring final artwork is error-free and ready for printing. * Assist in the technical review of proofs, color charts, and printed samples; attend press-side approvals when required. * Ensure compliance of proofs or printed artwork according to prior instructions and validations from the Coordinator. * Organize and update artwork, designs, and documents in cloud folders, maintaining established naming conventions and structure. * Deliver graphic materials within established timelines and report progress or issues to the Packaging and Printed Materials Coordinator. * Maintain the visual identity of each brand according to their manuals and visual guidelines. * Support tasks involving creation of photographic material, photomontages, or graphic adaptations related to packaging. * Collaborate and provide support on other tasks or strategic projects as required by your department or immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive base salary based on experience * Statutory and additional benefits * **Major medical insurance** * **Life insurance** * **Short Fridays** * **On-site dining service** * Dynamic and collaborative environment * Professional growth * **10% savings fund** * **10% grocery vouchers** * Employee referral program * Discounts on our products * **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** At Grupo AGC, we promote workplace inclusion and provide equal opportunities for all applicants.
