**Job Title:** Construction Manager **Company Description:** Construction and maintenance of industrial facilities **Contract Type:** One-year project **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **General Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction engineering * Prepare technical reports, specifications, and analyses * Provide technical direction on engineering design / AutoCAD, building design, layouts, construction details, schedules, and materials * Negotiate contracts with general contractors and trade contractors and submit formal documentation for approval * Form and guide all project teams (developers, design engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, internal stakeholders) * Ensure contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality objectives, addressing and ensuring correction of underperformance issues * Audit contractors * Inform contractors of changes in resource or work requirements * Supervise multiple projects at different locations simultaneously * Budget tracking, forecasting, and comprehensive management of assigned expansion, renovation, and new construction projects * Maintain positive, clear, concise, and transparent communication among teams across all aspects of project execution **Requirements:** **Education:** Architecture or civil engineering (degree and professional license) **Experience:** 5 years of experience **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $80,000 * Statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $79,999.00 - $80,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site job
