POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure that products, processes, and services meet the quality standards established by the company, applicable regulations, and customer requirements through the implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of the quality management system. **2\. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify and ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and policies of the quality management system. * Perform product inspections and internal process audits. * Analyze and follow up on detected non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in the development and updating of instructions, forms, and quality control procedures. * Coordinate the calibration of measurement equipment and ensure metrological traceability. * Implement continuous improvement tools. * Prepare statistical process control reports. * Support customer and certification body audits. * Assist the production area in solving quality issues on the production line. * Train operational personnel in quality topics and good manufacturing practices. **3\. POSITION PROFILE:** **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 to 3 years in quality control or assurance areas. **Skills and competencies:** * Attention to detail and results-oriented. * Technical leadership and teamwork. * Problem analysis and resolution skills. * Effective communication and ability to work under pressure. * Focus on internal and external customer satisfaction. * Proactivity and organization. **4\.
