MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify and ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and policies of the quality management system. * Perform product inspections and internal process audits. * Analyze and follow up on detected non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in the development and updating of instructions, forms, and quality control procedures. * Coordinate the calibration of measurement equipment and ensure metrological traceability. * Implement continuous improvement tools. * Prepare statistical process control reports. * Support customer and certification body audits. * Assist the production area in solving quality issues on the production line. * Train operational personnel in quality topics and good manufacturing practices. **3\. POSITION PROFILE:** **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 to 3 years in quality control or assurance areas. **Skills and competencies:** * Attention to detail and results-oriented. * Technical leadership and teamwork. * Problem analysis and resolution skills. * Effective communication and ability to work under pressure. * Focus on internal and external customer satisfaction. * Proactivity and organization. **4\.
