**Your Job** As a Technical Project Manager at Molex, you will lead dynamic, global cross\-functional teams through the full New Product Development Process\-from project initiation through successful production transfer. Our team is highly collaborative, innovative, and committed to engineering excellence, working together to push the boundaries of speed, signal integrity, and efficiency. **What You Will Do** * Partner closely with Product Managers to align project objectives with customer deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective communication. * Lead multiple New Product Development projects simultaneously, guiding global, cross\-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and financial targets. * Develop clear, comprehensive Project Charters that define project strategy, scope, financials, and timelines for both internal teams and customers. * Own and manage all aspects of project reporting, ensuring timely, accurate updates to management and customers. * Execute robust project management practices, including change control, decision documentation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. * Lead the creation, monitoring, and closure of detailed project plans and schedules, holding functional team members accountable for deliverables. * Mentor and coach team members in project management principles, risk management, and decision\-making to build a high\-performing team culture. * Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their performance aligns with Molex's expectations for cost, quality, and delivery timelines. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply Management, or related field. * Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management, particularly within product development or technical environments. * Experience leading multi\-national teams and working effectively in a matrix organization. * Proven customer\-facing and/or executive\-facing experience with strong communication skills. * Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time. * Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings, to accommodate global meetings. **What Will Put You Ahead** * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year (company sponsored). * Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar advanced degree. * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Chinese. * Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
