"The plant is the Toray Group's first integrated production facility covering everything from yarn spinning to airbag fabric manufacturing, serving primarily as a production base for the Americas"** **Location** El Salto, Jalisco. **Job Requirements** Minimum education required: Technician in mechanical or electrical maintenance. * Knowledge of chiller operation and maintenance * Knowledge of boiler operation and maintenance * Knowledge of cooling tower operation and maintenance * Knowledge of compressor operation and maintenance * Knowledge of water treatment equipment operation and maintenance * Knowledge of wastewater treatment * Pump maintenance * Electrical panel maintenance * Knowledge of instrumentation and control panels * PC proficiency * Excel proficiency **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure proper operation, functioning, and maintenance of equipment and general services areas to support production areas. * Properly operate and maintain utility equipment (boilers, water treatment systems, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning systems, and auxiliary equipment). * Report equipment failures and repairs for general services equipment. * Submit shift reports and maintenance reports for each utility equipment item. * Address general services supply issues affecting production. * Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, as well as cleaning of general services equipment. * Maintain chemical and raw material inventory records required for proper operation of general services equipment. * Oversee contractor work when their services are required. * Properly segregate hazardous waste generated within assigned responsibility areas. * Supervise and monitor loading/unloading of transport tankers carrying various materials used in the area. * Handle quotations, requisitions, and procurement of materials and equipment for utilities (requesting materials, spare parts, and services needed for equipment maintenance and operation). **Benefits and Additional Perks** * Savings fund * Life insurance * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage * Grocery vouchers * Transportation
