





**Your Role**Join our team as a Process Engineering Supervisor at Molex Guadalajara, where you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for the optical connectivity segment. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising engineering operations, managing key projects, and driving team efficiency and productivity. We are looking for passionate, analytical, and results\-driven leaders who can inspire their teams and manage innovative projects to enhance processes and increase efficiency. **What You'll Do** As a Process Engineering Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include: * Leading and supervising the engineering team in the design, implementation, and management of manufacturing processes for the Optical Transceiver segment. * Developing strategies to optimize tools and peripherals required for manufacturing operations. * Coordinating standard process documentation and training of the operations team, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). * Overseeing line balancing projects and standard time improvement initiatives. * Ensuring the efficient implementation of engineering\-driven technical changes. * Designing and optimizing the manufacturing layout to ensure maximum operational efficiency. * Introducing new technologies and methods to foster innovation in processes. * Actively managing continuous improvement programs such as 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean, ensuring adherence to approved procedures. * Monitoring key performance indicators and communicating progress to management for strategic decision\-making. * Identifying operational risks and proposing real\-time solutions. * Fulfilling the responsibilities outlined in the control plans assigned to this position. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)****Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Photonics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering). **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role / process engineering, new product introduction (NPI), or product engineering in an electronics manufacturing environment. * Previous experience supervising engineering teams or leading technical projects. **Skills:** * Strong knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and electromechanical assemblies. * Advanced proficiency in problem\-solving tools such as 8D, PDCA, and 5 Whys. * Expertise in statistical methods applied to process analysis and continuous improvement. * Advanced knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools (Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Access). * Advanced conversational English (C1 level). **What Will Put You Ahead** * Black Belt certification (Six Sigma) or experience with advanced continuous improvement methodologies. * Hands\-on experience in fiber optic and PCB assembly. * Background in automation or assembly of optical/silicon photonics products. * Experience managing technical projects and delivering large\-scale strategic reports. * Exceptional leadership and communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make quick, effective decisions.
