Join our mission to offer the best for a healthy life. **GENERAL OBJECTIVE** · Support activities related to new products and improvement of existing ones, complying with current regulations, and generating the corresponding technical information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct tests and prepare product samples. * Develop and keep updated technical documentation for developments (specifications, processes, etc.). * Research, consult, and ensure compliance with current regulations (national and international). * Stay updated on changes and new applicable regulations. * Assist in planning and executing pilot tests. * Perform laboratory tests (physicochemical, sensory, etc.). * Generate, organize, and maintain technical and quality records and documentation. * Evaluate raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and other inputs. * Manage custody of laboratory materials and inventories. * Make necessary interdepartmental requests. **Responsibilities:** * Meet the objectives of established R&D projects. * Ensure continuity and progress of assigned projects. * Prepare product samples according to requests. * Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations in all developments. * Meet activity schedules and deadlines. * Actively participate in the evaluation and selection of new suppliers. * Ensure suppliers meet required quality and safety standards. **Skills** * Excellent writing skills and ease of interaction with different departments. * Efficient and clear communication (oral and written). * Ability to quickly and continuously learn about company products and processes. * Proactivity and initiative. * Solid knowledge of food regulations (national and international). * Advanced knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality and safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000 or others), food formulation, shelf-life determination, and basic microbiological analysis. * Ability to plan, execute, and report. * Capacity to evaluate suppliers and determine their compliance. **Requirements** * · Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. * · Demonstrable experience. * · Languages: Spanish, English. **Develop your professional career with us and be part of our growth!** **Interested applicants send CV to:** rh@duronco.com Via WhatsApp: 33 2255 4048 Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract * Company phone * Free uniforms Work location: On-site position
