Job Summary: Coordinate appointments, schedule deliveries, track suppliers and customers, manage inventory, and bill sales orders in SAP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and scheduling of deliveries and pickups. 2. Operational tracking and customer service. 3. Billing of sales orders using SAP. **SABORMEX** We are a company dedicated to food distribution. We are seeking a Shipping Billing Clerk. ***Location*** CEDI GDL FLEXPARK Carr. El Salto 273, 45680 La Alameda, Jal. **Job Responsibilities:** * \- Coordinate appointment slots with customers for order delivery. * \- Schedule deliveries and product pickups. * \- Track suppliers and related requests. * \- Monitor compliance with the shipping plan. * \- Manage product inventory and order request tracking. * \- Document verification and operational tracking. * \- Customer service and on-time delivery fulfillment. * \- Address and track customer requirements. * \- Bill sales orders via SAP to ensure timely issuance of corresponding documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed) * Availability to work Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, and Saturday, 2:00 PM–9:00 PM * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role * Proficiency in SAP * Basic knowledge of billing, inventory management, shipping, and distribution **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company * Starting salary of $17,238.00 MXN, adjusted in the third month * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation days, vacation bonus, year-end bonus) * Additional benefits (grocery vouchers, savings fund, cafeteria support, savings box) Interested candidates should submit their CV through this channel.
