You will oversee operations in the area during the evening shift, ensuring product quality, area cleanliness, and compliance with service standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the team of butchers and assistants during the shift. * Verify proper product display, rotation, and freshness. * Manage inventories, shrinkage, and raw material orders. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Handle and resolve customer and staff issues. * Close cash register and deliver shift reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience (preferably as supervisor or assistant supervisor). * Experience in personnel management and customer service. * Knowledge of perishable goods and storage (a plus). * Availability to work evening shifts. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits.
