Grupo Herdez’s Cedis in the **Zumpango** area is seeking a **Temporary Order Planner / Cubing Specialist (1-year term, with potential for permanent placement).**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Volume and weight calculation:** Calculate cargo volume in cubic meters and total weight, considering all three dimensions (length, width, height) of each package.
* **Space optimization:** Determine the optimal loading configuration (e.g., palletizing, stacking) to minimize empty space.
* **Constraint management:** Ensure cargo complies with maximum weight, height, and transportation regulatory limits.
* **Technology utilization:** Use specialized software (e.g., EasyCargo, CubeMaster) or advanced Excel models to simulate loading and generate 3D visual reports.
* **Cargo safety:** Plan load arrangements to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
**What You Need to Succeed:**
* Gender: **No preference.**
* Age: **Must be of legal age.**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree **related to the position (completed).**
* **Experience:** Minimum of **2 years** in similar roles within transportation, logistics, or cubing industries.
* **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially intermediate/advanced Excel) and logistics management systems.
* **Soft skills:** Excellent communication, coordination, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
