**Technology company is looking for:** Engineer or Technician specialized in the design, installation, and supervision of structured copper cabling networks and GPON optical fiber networks. **Main responsibilities:** Design structured cabling networks (copper) and fiber (GPON), create drawings and perform quantification using AutoCAD. Carry out installations and configurations of copper, fiber, CCTV, VMS, and Wi\-Fi networks. Supervise field technical personnel, ensuring correct installation according to plans. Perform tests using measurement instruments and validate the functionality of installations. Document progress, incidents, and solutions in technical reports. **Work location:** Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm Saturdays: 9:00 am \- 2:30 pm **Requirements:** ✔ Education: Technician or Engineer in Telecommunications, Systems, Electronics, or related field. ✔ Experience: minimum 2 years in design and installation of copper and/or optical fiber networks. ✔ Knowledge in: * AutoCAD (design and quantification). * Basic configuration of managed switches. * CCTV, VMS, and Wi\-Fi networks. * Use of measurement instruments.
