**Mortgage Broker** A professional specialized in connecting individual or corporate clients with financial products, primarily **mortgage loans**. Responsible for advising, managing, and accompanying clients throughout the entire contracting process, from identifying needs to loan closing, ensuring an efficient, reliable, and results-oriented experience. **General job objective:** Place financial products (mortgage) through active prospecting, personalized advisory, document management, negotiation with financial institutions, and comprehensive follow-up, meeting placement targets and service quality standards. **Position within the structure:** Works closely with the sales department and, in some cases, with operations or credit analysis. May work in **100%** **home office** mode. **Profile requirements:** * **Minimum education:** Upper secondary or technical professional education. * **English** (desirable) * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year selling financial or mortgage products, experience in prospecting, advisory, and closing credit transactions in the Quintana Roo region **Technical knowledge:** * Mortgage financial products * Credit policies, basic analysis, and risk assessment. * Use of banking platforms and digital document management. * ABH (Asociación de Brókers Hipotecarios) certification desirable **Main responsibilities:** * Active prospecting of clients for mortgage loans * Financial profile analysis and personalized advisory. * Management of procedures and documentation for file compilation. * Negotiation with various financial institutions to obtain the best conditions. * Continuous client follow-up throughout the contracting process. * Meeting monthly placement targets. * Stay updated on products, banking conditions, and processes. * Development of strategic alliances with real estate agencies, developers, notaries, and accounting firms. * Reporting of prospect and transaction progress in CRM or assigned platform. **Key skills and competencies:** * Effective communication and customer service focus. * Commercial negotiation, closing, and follow-up. * Organization, discipline, and results orientation. * Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships. **Required technological tools:** * CRM management. * Pre-qualification and file submission platforms. * Intermediate Excel and email. **Other requirements:** * High professional ethics and consultative approach. * Availability to work based on objectives and under a commission scheme. * Own vehicle (desirable). **What we offer?** **Option 1 – Freelance model:** Collaborate under an independent, non-exclusive model.
