Job Responsibilities: * Support the supervisor in coordinating and monitoring daily production activities. * Ensure compliance with established plans and schedules. * Verify correct use of machinery, tools, and materials. * Personnel management. * Assign tasks to line personnel. * Evaluate and motivate operators to achieve goals. * Apply disciplinary measures when necessary. * Supervise that products meet quality standards. * Detect and report failures in processes or products. * Implement corrective actions together with the quality department. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. * Participate in internal or external audits. * Report incidents and collaborate in their analysis and resolution. * Identify opportunities for process and production time improvement. * Maintain records of line stoppages, waste, and downtime. **Key Skills** * Leadership and operational team management * Knowledge of manufacturing processes * Ability to solve problems in real time * Proficiency in industrial safety standards * Effective communication with different departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) * Adaptability to high-pressure environments Education * Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Technician or Engineer, or related field; recent graduate or in the process of graduation. * Prior experience in manufacturing environments (minimum 1 year) * Knowledge of tools such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ISO 9001 * Excel proficiency Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Experience: * Production: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment, La Estancia area, Gto.
