Analyze indicators to drive business growth **Position Summary** Location: Playa del Carmen Company: Nestlé Sales NIM Schedule: Full-time Education: Completed Bachelor's degree **Job Mission:** The Operations Supervisor ensures effective implementation of in-store visibility and product display strategies for assigned points of sale (POS), guaranteeing compliance with brand standards and comprehensive sector coverage. Their primary responsibility is to coordinate and supervise the merchandising team, validating correct task execution, inventory management, out-of-stock resolution, and expired product control. To this end, they maintain strict monitoring of routes and coverage across all mapped POS. Additionally, they analyze operational, sales, and competitive indicators to identify opportunities and generate actions that drive business growth. They possess strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills at POS, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure achievement of both qualitative and quantitative objectives. **A Day in the Life of...*** Validate store information (store ID, active stores, openings) for assigned POS to develop route plans and ensure timely upload into the planning system. * Ensure full coverage of all sector POS, regardless of staff vacancies. * Supervise strict adherence to established routes to maintain effective operational control. * Ensure implementation of merchandiser activities (core tasks, displays, availability monitoring, and sales tracking). * Collaborate with the team at POS to resolve incidents and escalate relevant issues to internal departments, ensuring goal attainment. * Holistically manage the merchandising team, handling incidents, absences, vacations, turnover, vacancies, gender balance metrics, etc. * Participate in recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and ensure an effective onboarding process. * Ensure team completion of mandatory courses and training, as well as their own professional development. * Conduct POS visits according to route plans and assigned frequencies to identify opportunities, review competition, and assess proper execution. * Report to people managers and immediately follow up on deviations detected in inventory, expired or near-expired products, pricing, promotions, planograms, and shelf cleanliness. * Ensure pharmacy execution aligns with the client’s “success photo.” * Ensure the merchandising team understands and applies the specialized model, achieving established KPIs. **What Will Make You Successful*** Completed Bachelor's degree * Personnel management experience * Sales experience in self-service, wholesale, or pharmacy channels * Fieldwork and in-store execution experience * In-store negotiation skills * Analytical ability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
