




Job Summary: Efficiently coordinate and manage import operations, from purchase order tracking through customs clearance to incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of international shipments. 2. Customs documentation management and communication with suppliers. 3. Shipment status monitoring and risk resolution. Location: Playa del Carmen. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in International Trade / International Business or related field. * Experience: 2–5 years of experience in import operations. * Experience in controlling and tracking import customs declarations (pedimentos). * Knowledge of Mexican customs procedures. * Document handling (commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, expense reports, etc.). * Intermediate-to-advanced English **Responsibilities:** * Track international purchase orders accurately and timely. * Coordinate shipments (ocean, air, and land). * Maintain consistent communication with suppliers and freight forwarders. * Manage documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates, etc. * Monitor shipment status and report incidents. * Coordinate with customs brokers for cargo clearance. * Track releases, tax payments, and deliveries. * Update tracking systems and reporting tools. * Identify delays or risks and propose solutions. * Expense Reports Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
