




**Job Description:** Ensure personalized and warm guest service, guaranteeing that each visit is a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Coordinate reservations, provide information about treatments and services, and ensure compliance with the spa's quality and hospitality standards. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome spa guests with a professional and friendly attitude. * Coordinate and confirm appointments, treatments, and services. * Assist guests during their visit by providing information on products, promotions, and spa services. * Maintain up-to-date reservation records in the system. * Coordinate with therapists and operational staff to ensure a seamless experience. * Follow internal policies, customer service protocols, and hygiene and safety standards. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within luxury hotels. * Intermediate English proficiency **Education** Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Proactive, creative attitude with attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment to excellence.
