**Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a **Backend Developer** with solid experience in **Node.js and TypeScript** to join our development team. You will be a key contributor to building and evolving a platform that positively impacts the lives of thousands of property managers and residents in Mexico. Work mode: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Office attendance once every fifteen days in CDMX. **Requirements:** --------------- Mandatory: * Proven professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript * Practical experience with frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS * Strong knowledge of unit testing (Jest, Mocha, or similar) * Experience working with ORMs (TypeORM, Sequelize, Prisma, etc.) * Proficiency in clean code principles and design patterns * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) * Knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows * Ability to write self-documenting code and maintain technical documentation.
