We are looking for a **Pool Supervisor** at **TRS Yucatan.** MAIN FUNCTIONS AND TASKS OF THE POSITION * Properly coordinate the activities of the personnel in charge. * Distribute and assign tasks to lifeguards and cleaning assistants. * Interview and select personnel wishing to join the work team. * Establish disciplinary guidelines to promote a positive work environment. * Evaluate personnel under supervision according to their performance. * Inform the secretary about any incidents occurring in the work area. * Maintain control of water temperature, perform periodic system inspections, and correct faults. * Measure chlorine and pH levels in pool water. * Carry out or verify that the Venetian blinds inside the pool are properly installed. * Perform maintenance and repair of underwater lighting projectors and junction boxes. * Conduct inspections in designated areas to check pending tasks and follow up on them. * Conduct inspections on shelves to verify water levels. * Prepare activity reports and record pending tasks for the following day. * Generate PH and chlorine reports for pool zones to submit to the quality department. * Request cleaning tools through the 2BEND system. * Submit requisitions for chemicals and equipment needed for pool maintenance. * Report to the maintenance assistant manager if pumps are malfunctioning. * Review logs of pending tasks and follow up on reports. * Inspect water filters and clean them as necessary. * Inspect pools to ensure proper functioning of equipment (filters, pipes, and control units). * Check pool parameters and calculate the percentage of chemicals to be applied at night, including their application. * Verify that water pumps are operating correctly. * Ensure skimmers are clean. * Systematize the operational duties of the personnel under supervision. * Timely request necessary materials and chemicals from superiors for pool maintenance. * Supervise that lifeguards carry out their assigned tasks. * Supervise that loungers are properly arranged. * Supervise that surface vacuuming is performed correctly. * Supervise that both internal and external pool cleaning is carried out using appropriate equipment. * Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel under supervision. * Supervise and verify that pool areas are consistently clean and organized. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pool supervisor. * Knowledge of water treatment, pool maintenance, and equipment. * Knowledge of chemical products and their functions. * Team management skills. * Ability to swim.
