We are looking for: Branch Trainer Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in this role * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field * Experience training staff at retail or restaurant branch locations * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive * Sales skills * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Problem-solving ability Main responsibilities: Develop training plans for new hires and refresher training for active staff. Create training materials and content. Stay up-to-date on new organizational changes, processes, and technologies used, to ensure effective training. Generate weekly and monthly progress indicators. Design learning paths by job type. Develop knowledge assessments and evaluations of both training effectiveness and trainer performance. * Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions. Train staff for store openings (travel availability required for 3–6 weeks, or approximately 30–50% per month). Continuously self-train on operational procedures. Travel to points of sale to reinforce operational topics.
