




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of customer access equipment through verification, firmware updates, and physical conditioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Equipment diagnosis and classification The incumbent is responsible for guaranteeing the proper operation of customer access equipment (modems, ONTs, radio frequency antennas) through technical verification, firmware updates, and physical conditioning, ensuring that each unit meets operational quality standards prior to deployment on the network.
