




Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Administrative Coordinator to ensure control over staff academic and technical documentation, complying with standards and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages academic and technical documentation of staff with precision. 2. Ensures compliance with training regulations and issues DC-3 certificates. 3. Maintains databases and real-time updated indicator reports. We are looking for a **Training Administrative Coordinator**, detail-oriented and organized, to join our Human Capital team. Your primary role will be to ensure full control over our staff’s academic and technical documentation, guaranteeing compliance with the Management System standards and STPS regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Document Management:** Prepare and maintain up-to-date personnel files, training matrices, and departmental training programs. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Issue **DC\-3** certificates and monitor records of external trainers. * **Administrative Control:** Process payment requests, supplier travel allowances, and departmental expense verifications. * **Operational Support:** Follow instructions from the Human Capital Directorate and the Training Submanagement. * **Data Analysis:** Maintain databases and real-time updated indicator reports. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technical Career, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in administrative or training functions. **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with document management platforms and databases. * Familiarity with technological tools (ERP, SIRCE, etc.) is desirable. **Skills:** Strong organizational ability, calendar management, filing, and attention to detail. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base monthly salary of $12,000\.00\. * Direct and permanent employment. * Job stability within a leading private security company. * Statutory benefits.
