Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of customer access equipment through technical verification, firmware updates, and physical conditioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure operational quality of customer access equipment. 2. Perform functional verification and firmware updates. 3. Manage inventory and comply with quality standards. The incumbent is responsible for guaranteeing the proper operation of customer access equipment (modems and ONTs) through technical verification, firmware updates, and physical conditioning, ensuring that each unit meets operational quality standards prior to deployment or reuse in the network.
