Apply today and become part of our Team **BENEFITS** * Weekly net salary $2,300 * Weekly bonus starting at $200 depending on experience * Rotating shifts (4pm to 1am / 5pm to 2am) * One weekday day off * Daily tips * Uniforms provided from day one * Employee discount **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Set up the work area at the beginning of the shift according to the operational checklist. * Prepare productions during the shift according to the master recipe guide. * Prepare food orders as specified in tickets according to the master recipe guide and/or ticket specifications. * Periodically check productions and food, ensuring product quality through the PE\-PS system. * Handle raw materials carefully and record any waste generated during the shift. * Conduct inventory of raw materials and take-home supplies. * Perform kitchen closing procedures according to the operational checklist. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Food preparation * Preparation of tacos and birria (preferable but not required). * Meat cooking techniques. * Operation of kitchen equipment (griddles, charcoal grills). * Preferably, knowledge of hygienic food handling Desirable: Have personal transportation or ability to arrange transportation to cover closing shifts Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $2,300\.00 per week Benefits: * Meal service * Free uniforms Experience: * Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required) * Cooking: 1 year (Required) Workplace: On-site job
