




Position Summary: Plan, organize, and supervise the nursing laboratory to ensure optimal resources, equipment, and supplies for safe and high-quality practice. Key Highlights: 1. Support teaching and student training in the laboratory. **Position Objective:** Plan, organize, and supervise the proper operation of the nursing laboratory, ensuring that resources, equipment, and supplies are available, in optimal condition, and aligned with educational programs, thereby guaranteeing safe and high-quality practice for students. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferably with professional license and registration). * Desirable: specialization, diplomas, or courses in teaching or clinical simulation. **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years in: * Clinical practice in healthcare institutions. * Laboratory or simulation area management (desirable). * Teaching or training (desirable). **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic and advanced nursing procedures. * Handling of clinical materials and instruments. * Biosafety, hygiene, and infection control standards. * Inventory management and control. * First aid. * Use of clinical simulators (desirable). * Applicable regulations in educational and healthcare institutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare the laboratory for academic practice according to study programs. * Supervise correct use of equipment, materials, and supplies by students and faculty. * Maintain inventory records (additions, removals, restocking). * Verify physical and functional condition of equipment. * Manage replenishment of materials and supplies. * Implement and monitor biosafety protocols. * Support faculty during practice sessions. * Train students on proper equipment usage. * Prepare periodic reports (usage, incidents, requirements). * Coordinate preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Ensure laboratory order, cleanliness, and safety. **Working Conditions:** * Work in a school-based laboratory. * Constant interaction with students and faculty. * Handling of clinical materials. * Schedule aligned with school shifts.
